1. Are all Birdie and Peppers products safe for my face?

Yes! All of our products are vegan, paraben-free and safe for your entire body – including your face.

For more information, please read the ingredient list for each product to ensure you do not have any allergies to any of the plants and ingredients contained in our products.

2. What is the expiration date for Birdie and Peppers products?

Due to the revolutionary technology of our new jars, the shelf life for all products is now 12 months.

In most cases, you can expect our products to last up to 18 months.

3. Are any of the products scented?

No. None of our products have any added perfumes or scents. All of our products are plant-based and may have mild scents due to the flowers and plants used to make them.

4. Will Birdie and Peppers work on my skin condition such as eczema, psoriasis, etc?

Hibiscus and rosehip have been used for hundreds of years in many cultures for their medicinal qualities. For the skin, Birdie and Peppers creams can be used to reduce inflammation, help heal burns, support the healing of wounds, and for lifting and tightening skin.

So, yes, in most cases, our product can help with many skin conditions. But everyone’s skin is different.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders ship via Priority Mail unless you live in an area that does not have this service.

Most orders ship the same day, so depending on your location, you should receive your order in 3-4 business days. Some orders will arrive in 1-2 business days.

Here! We have most products on our website but we also encourage you to check your local market or store for Birdie and Peppers.

We are a family-owned business so we always do our best to support local, neighborhood stores and shops.

7. Why are the new products in black jars?

Since 2017, when we started our company, we have done everything we could to ensure that our products would stay fresh as long as possible. We are based in Florida, so we understand warm, tropical climates, which shorten the life span of our plant-based creams and serums.

So, to keep our products fresher longer, and to make it easier to apply the product in the exact amount accurately, we set out to find new packaging.

Late last year, we found it.

We discovered a new jar. This European-made jar offers superior protection from UV exposure, is drop-proof, and can deliver an exact amount of cream, serum or toner perfectly – every time.

UV light is one of the major causes of spoilage in skin care products. Not only can it reduce the effectiveness, but our products are plant-based, causing them to “go bad” faster than chemical-rich products.

We now have a new look, but more importantly, a much better, glass container that offers great protection, excellent application, and we absolutely love them.

8. Why have the names of the products changed?

Since we began in 2017, we have personally sold thousands of our products all over the world.

In that time, we have had the pleasure to meet and get to know our customers. For many people, the names of our products were a bit confusing. They simply didn’t understand what each unique product was FOR.

So, we decided to rename the products in order to make it easier for people to understand exactly what they should be used for. And we think that the new look, new bottle and new names will do a much better job of helping everyone get the best skin care they can.

9. Have you changed your formulas?

No. We have had the same formulas in every product since the company was started.

We have changed the look and container for each product to offer better protection and longer shelf life but the original formulas are exactly the same as they always have been.
